Disclaimers and Legal Jargon
Soteria Leather holsters are created to fit standard factory guns only. Items such as laser sights or other altercations to a gun may not fit Soteria Leather holsters. Be sure that when you are ordering, that you pay close attention in which gun you select, particularly in cases where the gun comes in different sizes such as compact and subcompact. Soteria Leather is not responsible for holsters where the wrong gun was selected by the consumer.
Soteria Leather is also not responsible for how the holsters are used once leaving our shop. This means that we are not to be held liable for damages to property or persons that may occur while using a Soteria Leather product. Choosing to carry a gun is our Constitutional right as Americans, but it is also a major responsibility. Please be certain to always handle your firearms with care.
Payments must be made in full before holsters are started. In order to submit an official order, you must choose one of the three order options in the “Order Form” section of the website. This also includes customers who call or email to inquire about orders.
Cancellation Policies
Orders may be cancelled in the first 7 days after purchase for a complete refund. After the 7 days, the order is subjected to a 25% cancellation fee as at this point the materials for the holsters have already been purchased. The 25% cancellation fee will be waived if the customer accepts a gift certificate for a refund.
Return Policies
All Soteria Leather holsters leave our shop without defects and of the highest quality. Because of Soteria Leather’s customizable options, all holster sales with stamping and/or thread colors other than black, white, cream, or pebble are considered final.
Holsters with black, white, cream, or pebble thread can be returned or exchanged with these limitations:
- Items returned for exchange or refund must be unused and in brand new condition
- Soteria Leather must be notified by the customer that items returned for refund within 3 days of item’s arrival to customer’s location. The item must also be shipped back in the original package it was delivered in.
- Items returned for exchange must be made within a 14 day period. The item must also be shipped back in the original package it was delivered in.
- Soteria Leather is not responsible for the shipping costs on items being exchanged or refunded.
- If an item is sent to customer that do not match up with the specifications in the customer’s original order, the customer must contact Soteria Leather within a 3 day period of item’s arrival to customer’s location. The item must be shipped back in the original package it was delivered in. In this case, the customer is subject to an exchange and will not be charged for shipping costs.
- After 14 days, all sales are final.
